Recipe name
2 cups (500ml) boiling water for jelly
1 300ml tin of evaporated milk
1 small can tinned raspberries (or boysenberries or similar)
1 pkt jelly raspberry crystals (to make 500ml) (or other fruit flavour)
- make jelly according to directions on packet in good size bowl
- pour juice from tinned fruit into the mixture
- allow to cool
- in a separate jug or bowl blend or whisk the evaporated milk
- add fruit and whip again
- add fruit-milk mix to the cooled jelly
- beat again
- pour into a bowl, individual dishes, or glasses
- chill in fridge for an hour or more
