Ingredients:
125g butter
90g brown sugar
½ tin sweet condensed milk
1pkt wine biscuits
Coconut to sprinkle
Method:
Melt butter, brown sugar and condensed milk.
Crush biscuits into very small pieces and add to mixture.
Spread into a greased tin.
Press and sprinkle with coconut.
Set in fridge.
Cut in squares.
