Mulled Wine

Mulled Wine

1.5 litres red wine 0.5 litres orange juice 0.5 litres water ¼ to ½ cups brown sugar to taste 1 tsp ground cloves 2 tsp ground cinnamon optionally thinly sliced orange

combine all ingredients in a large pan
heat until wine reaches a gentle simmer stirring occasionally
serve piping hot

Serves 10 to 12
