1½ cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vinegar ½ cup milk approximately 150gm butter

  • rub flour, baking powder, and butter together in a bowl
  • add vinegar
  • add milk until mixture forms a firm dough
  • chill for 30 minutes in fridge
