Raspberry Fluff

Recipe name

2 cups (500ml) boiling water for jelly 1 300ml tin of evaporated milk 1 small can tinned raspberries (or boysenberries or similar) 1 pkt jelly raspberry crystals (to make 500ml) (or other fruit flavour)

  • make jelly according to directions on packet in good size bowl
  • pour juice from tinned fruit into the mixture
  • allow to cool
  • in a separate jug or bowl blend or whisk the evaporated milk
  • add fruit and whip again
  • add fruit-milk mix to the cooled jelly
  • beat again
  • pour into a bowl, individual dishes, or glasses
  • chill in fridge for an hour or more
