Ingredients:
A potato per person
Grated cheese
Chopped ham
Milk
Method:
To microwave potatoes, first scrub all the dirt off, then prick potatoes on both sides.
Cook on high:
1 potatoe- 3 minutes
2 potatoes- 6 minutes
3 potatoes- 9 minutes
4 potatoes- 12 minutes
When the potatoes are cooked, remove the flesh from inside the potato skin and place in a bowl.
Add milk to the flesh and mash together.
Add some grated cheese and chopped ham.
Spoon flesh back into the skin.
Reheat for 1 to 2 minutes.
