Meat Loaf

In a large bowl place

• one finely chopped onion,
• 1 egg,
• a good pinch of mixed herbs,
• soft bread crumbs (say 4 toast slices),
• 500 gm sausage meat,
• 500gm lean steak mince.

Mix well and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 1 hour at 180^oC.
